When you buy your new wipers from The Wiper Shop, we'll make sure they reach you as quickly as possible. We include tracking with all of our deliveries, so you can keep an eye on your order every step of the way.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE on all orders

While all our deliveries only take a few days to arrive, if you want your orders to arrive even faster, we offer Express Delivery for an extra $8.

When will my wipers be sent?

If you order before 1pm your order will be sent the same business day, however if you order after 1pm, your order will be sent the next business day. In rare cases during busy seasons this can take an extra day however we aim to get all deliveries sent out as fast as possible.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery differs depending on your location and the delivery option selected on checkout. However as a guide, you can view the timeframes below:

FREE Delivery: 2-3 business days

Express Delivery: 1-2 business days

These delivery times are only an estimate and delivery time depends on your location and the time of year. During peak periods such as Christmas & New Years, your order may take a little longer to arrive.

If you’re located in a rural zone, please add an extra 2-3 business days to these timeframes

Who do you deliver using?

We only deliver with NZ Post and all of our orders are sent with tracking.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer collection.

If you require your order quickly, we suggest choosing our Express delivery option.

My order has not arrived

If you're not sure about where your order is, please Contact Us and we will investigate for you. If there are any problems then we will quickly get this sorted out or send a replacement out to you.

How are your products sent?

Our windscreen wipers are sent in a durable recyclable box that is designed to protect your wipers while they are on their way to you, ensuring your they will arrive in perfect condition.
