We want you to be completely happy with your wipers. If something's not right, we'll sort it out.

Perfect Fit Guarantee

If the wipers don't fit your car, we'll send the correct ones free — keep the originals. This covers any fitment issue when you've selected your vehicle through our compatibility finder: wrong connector, wrong arm type, blades hitting the frame.

A slight size difference from your old wipers is normal and won't affect performance — blade lengths can vary by a couple of centimetres between manufacturers.

This guarantee covers vehicles sold in the New Zealand market. Personally imported vehicles may have different wiper arms, so we can't guarantee fitment for those.

Damaged or missing in transit

If your wipers arrive damaged or don't arrive at all, contact us and we'll send a replacement straight away. No need to return anything.

Defects

It's rare, but if a fault develops within 12 months of delivery, send us a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement. If we need the old ones back, we'll cover return shipping.

Performance issues

If your new wipers are streaking, squeaking, or smearing, give both the windscreen and the rubber a clean with warm soapy water first — that fixes it most of the time. If the problem persists, get in touch and we'll send a fresh set.

30-Day Returns

Not happy with how they're performing? Return them within 30 days for a full refund. You cover return shipping — we'll refund everything else including any delivery fees you paid.

How returns work

Get in touch with us and we'll let you know where to send them. Once we receive the blades back, your refund will be processed within a few business days.
