Our returns policy is fair and simple. If the item you bought doesn't fit or isn't working as expected, let us know so we can make it right. If we can't fix the problem, you can choose to get a replacement or return the product for a refund.

30 Day risk-free trial

If you're not satisfied with how your wiper blades are performing within 30 days of purchase, you can return them for a full refund. While we don't cover the return shipping costs, we'll refund the full cost of your order, including any delivery fees.

Perfect Fitment Guarantee

We've spent a lot of time making sure our windscreen wipers fit the specified vehicles perfectly. If they don't fit your vehicle, we'll send you a replacement set free of charge.

What's covered?

This guarantee applies if you've selected your vehicle correctly from our store and the wipers don't fit as they should—like if they're hitting your window frame or the connector doesn't match. A slight size difference from your original wipers is normal and won't affect performance.

What does the Perfect Fitment Guarantee not cover

If you've made an incorrect selection from our compatibility finder or search, we can't cover that. You'll need to return the blades to us for a refund or replacement, and we won't be able to refund the initial postage costs (calculated at $9 if you had free delivery).

Some blades might be a bit shorter or longer than your factory ones, but don't worry - that shouldn't cause any issues. The difference is usually just a few centimeters.

Our Perfect Fitment Guarantee doesn't cover vehicles personally imported into New Zealand. It only applies to vehicles sold by a main dealer or intended for the New Zealand market because different countries might use different wiper arms.

Refund or replacement

Depending on the situation, product availability, and individual cases, we might offer you a refund or a replacement.

We won't process a refund or replacement until we've received the original blades back at our warehouse for inspection. So, keep your return tracking details to monitor the package. You should receive your refund within a few business days after we get your return.
